Part-time Direct Care Worker (Up to 29 hours)

• Clean driving record (require OFFICIAL 10-yr driving record from DMV)
• Clear criminal background check
• Must be self-motivated, organized and enjoy working with children
• Must be willing and available to work nights, holidays and weekends, as needed

Return completed application and background check forms with to our Administration Office along with copies of diplomas/degrees and a copy of an official “clean” DMV 10-year driving record. Clean driving records are necessary for employment due to our vehicle insurance requirements.
